this was my second stay in livorno, and rex exceeded my expectations for our date night. the newly renovated room had a stunning sea view and was perfect for relaxation. the beachfront access and fantastic breakfast truly made it special.

the air conditioning wasn't working well.

The views from the hotel are stunning, and the reception staff are notably nice and attentive. The stylish room provided a pleasant atmosphere for my work trip, contributing positively to my overall experience at Rex.

Unfortunately, the dining experience was disappointing due to poor service and the unsatisfactory quality of breakfast.

overall cleanliness and newly renovated features made my stay pleasant. However, the breakfast could use more variety, and I found the shower quite small. The proximity to the beach was a real plus, making it easy to relax.

The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful, making my stay pleasant and stress-free. The beautiful sea view from my room added a special touch to my experience. Additionally, the newly renovated rooms provided a modern and comfortable atmosphere during my stay.

The triple room with sea view was spacious, offering stunning vistas of the Tyrrhenian Sea. The beach facilities were easily accessible, and the little ones loved kayaking along the coast. Breakfast on the terrace was delightful, surrounded by beautiful sea views.

Noisy restaurant.

I stayed in a Triple Room with Sea View. The room was really spacious, perfect for families. The best part was the huge wall-to-wall window showcasing stunning views of the sea. It was a lovely touch! However, the shower was pretty tiny, which was inconvenient. Cleanliness was decent, but could use a little more attention. Breakfast had a great variety and was served outdoors with a beautiful view! Overall, it was cozy, just a few minor bumps here and there.
